Jose He is a Singapore-based strategist with over two decades of experience in business development, consulting, and leadership training.

He began his career in sales and business development, building a strong foundation in understanding people, markets, and growth. Over the years, he transitioned into the startup ecosystem, where he was involved in building and scaling multiple ventures across different industries in Asia.

Following his entrepreneurial journey, Jose took on a role within a Singapore government-linked organisation, contributing to initiatives focused on entrepreneurship development and innovation.

In 2020, he founded his own consultancy, working closely with business owners, executives, and organisations to provide strategic advisory, leadership development, and market entry support across multiple industries.

Through these experiences, Jose developed a deep understanding that success is not driven by strategy alone — but by the individual behind the decisions.

The Turning Point

While Jose built his career in business and consulting, his roots have always been grounded in a different discipline.

His family has been practising Feng Shui and Chinese metaphysics since 1988. From a young age, he was often told that he possessed the ability to eventually take on this path. However, for many years, he chose not to pursue it — focusing instead on building his career in the modern business world.

It was only in recent years, upon entering a new phase of life — what is known as a “大运” (major life cycle) — that Jose experienced a profound realisation. He began to see clear patterns between decision-making, timing, personal tendencies, and outcomes — both in his own life and through his work with others.

This marked a turning point.

Rather than viewing ancient wisdom and modern strategy as separate worlds, Jose recognised that they were deeply connected — and that his true path (轨道) was to bridge both. Today, he integrates business strategy with structured metaphysical frameworks such as BaZi and Feng Shui — not as belief systems, but as practical tools for improving clarity, decision-making, and direction.
